Jonathan Ficarrotta

Jonathan Ficarrotta was born in Tampa, Florida. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of South Florida in 1998. He attended Stetson University School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctor degree in 2002. 

Mr. Ficarrotta was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2002. He is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern District Courts of Florida.

Mr. Ficarrotta previously represented plaintiffs in the areas of general liability, premises liability, nursing home and medical negligence. Since then, Mr. Ficarrotta has used his experience and insight from working on behalf of plaintiffs to create a practice devoted to the defense of automobile liability, premises liability and general liability cases. Mr. Ficarrotta has successfully defended injury claims brought against hospitals, trucking companies and numerous other defendants in state and federal courts throughout Florida.  He has also provided risk management consultations to clients.
