Kaila Dorish

Kaila Dorish received her B.A. in Health Science from Florida Atlantic University and then obtained her J.D. from Charleston School of Law in Charleston, South Carolina in 2024.

While in law school, Kaila served as a board member on the Moot Court team, where she was a quarterfinalist in the annual Herbert Wechsler National Criminal Moot Court Competition in Buffalo, New York. She also spent her time getting pro bono hours through the adult guardianship assistance program and as a law clerk with Charleston’s Pro Bono legal Services. Additionally, Kaila served as a treasurer on the executive board for the Health Law committee.

Ms. Dorish joins LaCava Jacobson & Goodis as an Associate in the Tampa office where she will be focusing her practice on defense medical malpractice claims.
