Josmanny Horta

Josmanny Horta is an associate at La Cava Jacobson & Goodis’ Miami office. He was born and raised in Hialeah, Florida. Mr. Horta received business degrees from Miami Dade College and Florida International University. He later received a Juris Doctor degree from Suffolk University Law School, where he was a member of the Transnational Law Review and two-time president of the Student Animal Legal Defense Fund.

Prior to joining La Cava Jacobson & Goodis, Mr. Horta’s practice focused on commercial litigation and insurance defense litigation. He also held leadership roles at two Fortune 500 companies.

Mr. Horta was admitted to The Florida Bar in 2014. He is licensed to practice in all Florida state courts.
