Michael Baska
Michael Baska was born and raised in Dade City, Florida. He received his undergraduate degree from The Florida State University and his law degree from The Pennsylvania State University – Penn State Law. While in law school, Michael served as a research assistant to the Professor of Law and Medicine as well as a member of the Civil Rights Appellate Clinic. During his legal education, Michael also worked as a judicial extern at the Dauphin County Court of Common Pleas in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. In addition, he was selected to represent Penn State Law at the Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition in Washington D.C.
Michael was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2019. He is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern District Courts of Florida. Prior to joining La Cava Jacobson & Goodis, Michael gained valuable experience defending medical malpractice, general liability and trucking cases. He will continue to focus his practice in these areas.
